Bryan County Jail Roster Overview
The official Bryan County Detention Center page links to the Interop/Synergistic Software current-inmates roster. Because that link comes from the county detention page, it is the best public starting point for Bryan County inmate records. The roster covers the Bryan County Detention Center, a sheriff-operated county jail in Pembroke. It can include people arrested by the Bryan County Sheriff's Office, Richmond Hill Police Department, Pembroke Police Department, and other agencies when they are booked into county custody.
The detention page also publishes an important caution: roster information is made available for immediate public access and convenience, but the sheriff does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correct sequencing. That warning matters for bond, release, and court questions. A roster profile can show a custody status and total bond, but the jail, clerk, or court should confirm critical details before anyone travels, posts bond, or relies on a charge list.
Search Bryan County Inmate Records
Use the county detention page first, then follow the Current Inmate Information link. This avoids unofficial jail-search pages. The roster search fields are optional, so a blank browse can show the current population with pagination. A last-name search is the usual first filter, and a first name can narrow common names. If the person was arrested today or overnight, the 24 Hours Arrests view may be more useful than a current-only search.
- Open the Bryan County Detention Center page and choose the Current Inmate Information link.
- Start with the Current Inmates tab when the person may still be held at the Bryan County Detention Center.
- Enter a last name. Add a first name only if the result list is too broad.
- Use page links and Prev/Next controls before deciding the person is not listed.
- Check 24 Hours Arrests for same-day bookings and recently released people.
- Use Inmates by Arrest Date when the date is known but the name search is uncertain.
- Read the court, M/F flag, warrant number, status, and total bond as booking data, not as a final conviction record.
The Bryan County 24 Hours Arrests roster screenshot shows why the recent-booking tab is useful for a same-day custody check.
A person can show as released in the recent-bookings view even when the arrest is still important for court, warrant, or records-request purposes.
Bryan County Roster Search Fields
The Bryan County roster does not expose every field as a search filter. The main visible fields are first and last name. The roster tabs and pagination do much of the work. No booking-number, date-of-birth, charge, agency, housing-unit, bond, or court filter was observed on the main search form.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Last Name | Text | No | Optional name filter and best first search term. |
| First Name | Text | No | Optional narrowing field for broad last-name results. |
| Search Inmates | Button | n/a | Submits the optional name filter. |
| Current Inmates | Tab/link | n/a | Loads people currently listed in county jail custody. |
| 24 Hours Arrests | Tab/link | n/a | Loads recent bookings and can include released status. |
| Inmates by Arrest Date | Tab/link | n/a | Supports date-based browsing; exact date controls were not fully verified. |
Bryan County Inmate Profile Fields
A Bryan County inmate profile is a custody and booking record. It can show the person, the arrest agency, the basic physical fields, the date of arrest, how many days the person has been in jail, the total bond field, and charge rows. In sampled records, addresses were shown as REDACTED. Booking number, housing unit, date of birth, court date, and release date were not observed as public fields on sampled current profiles.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Photo slot | Booking-photo area. Some records use an image-not-available placeholder. |
| Name and status | Displayed full name and custody/release state, such as CURRENTLY BOOKED or RELEASED. |
| Sex, height, weight | Public physical-description fields shown on the roster. |
| Address | Field appears, but sampled records showed REDACTED. |
| Arrest date and agency | Date context and agency, including sheriff, Richmond Hill PD, or Pembroke PD in samples. |
| Total bond | Overall bond indicator, including dollar amounts, NOT SET, or DENIED in observed examples. |
| Charge table | Warrant#, counts, statute, description, M/F flag, and court. |
Bryan County Charges and Bond
The charge rows help point a reader toward the correct court, but they are still booking information. The Court column can point to Superior Court or State Court. The M/F column can show whether the row is marked misdemeanor or felony. The Warrant# column is useful, but no official active-warrant search database was located for Bryan County. For formal charge status, hearing dates, pleas, or disposition, use the court record rather than the jail roster alone.
The Total Bond field is a public indicator, not a payment instruction. Research found examples of numeric bond, NOT SET, and DENIED. If the roster says NOT SET or DENIED, call the detention center or the court before taking action. Georgia misdemeanor bail guidance gives statewide initial-appearance timing, but Bryan County did not publish a jail-specific bond-payment vendor, accepted payment methods, or bond-counter hours in the reviewed official sources.
Bond caution: A total bond amount on the roster does not guarantee release; holds, detainers, no-bond orders, or other warrants can still apply.
Bryan County Jail Facility
Bryan County inmate records for local custody point to one facility, the Bryan County Detention Center. The jail is operated by the Bryan County Sheriff's Office from the Pembroke public-safety campus. The sheriff's page lists 68 as the maximum inmate capacity. Richmond Hill and Pembroke operate police departments, but no separate city inmate roster or city jail page was found. Their arrestees can appear on the county jail roster when booked into Bryan County custody.

Bryan County Visitation and Mail
Official Bryan County jail-specific visitation, mail, commissary, inmate phone, video visit, tablet, and deposit pages were not located. That gap should not be filled with generic Georgia jail rules or a vendor guessed from another county. The correct practical step is to call the sheriff's Pembroke number before traveling, mailing anything, or sending money.

Request Bryan County Booking Records
When the roster does not show a record, when a photo is missing, or when a person has dropped off the public list, make a written request to the proper custodian. Bryan County's open-records entry uses a JustFOIA public portal, but the county clerk page says the county-level Open Records Officer role does not cover the Sheriff's Department. That local point is important: sheriff and jail records should be routed to the sheriff or law-enforcement custodian, while court files go to the Clerk of Court.
Georgia Attorney General guidance says written requests are best, and the GBI law-enforcement open-records guide describes jail commitment records, booking records, arrest reports, and mug shots as distinct from pending investigative files that may be withheld in some circumstances. Include the person's name, arrest date, arresting agency, and the exact record requested, such as booking record, booking photo, or jail commitment record.
County State Federal Inmate Search
If the person is not listed in Bryan County inmate records, move through the custody systems in order. Use the Georgia Department of Corrections Find an Offender page after a Georgia prison sentence or transfer. Use VINELink Georgia for custody notification where supported. Use the BOP inmate locator for federal sentenced custody and the ICE Online Detainee Locator for immigration detention. No state prison, BOP facility, or ICE detention facility was found in Bryan County.
| Custody Type | Where to Look | Bryan County Note |
|---|---|---|
| Current local jail custody | Bryan County Interop roster | Best path for the Detention Center. |
| Recent local arrest | 24 Hours Arrests roster | Can show recently booked or released status. |
| Sentenced state prison | GDC Find an Offender | County roster may no longer list the person. |
| Federal sentenced custody | BOP locator | No Bryan County BOP facility located. |
| Immigration detention | ICE locator | No Bryan County ICE facility located. |
Bryan County Sheriff App
The Bryan County Sheriff's Office app is listed in the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store descriptions identify public-safety information, communication with residents, tip submission, crime reporting, and interactive features. No app-only jail roster, warrant search, most-wanted list, or records-request tool was verified from the store text. Treat the app as an extra sheriff communication channel, not as a replacement for the Interop roster.
The Google Play listing for the Bryan County Sheriff's Office app was captured successfully during the screenshot run.
The app may help with alerts or public-safety updates, but current custody lookup still belongs with the county-linked roster and the appropriate state or federal locator.
